Tate Casey has spent over a decade doing one thing well: standing up for regular people against powerful organizations that expect them to back down. Now, as a Senior Associate at LS Carlson Law's Orange County office, he brings that same fight to homeowners facing HOA disputes.
Before focusing on HOA litigation, Tate built his career in consumer protection, real estate disputes, and contract litigation—always on the side of individuals, never corporations. That background shapes how he approaches every case: he understands what it feels like to be outmatched on paper, and he knows how to level the playing field.
Tate has extensive litigation experience and has practiced in courts throughout California, including Federal and Superior Court. He's comfortable in the courtroom and prepared to go there when it creates leverage—but he also knows that smart strategy often resolves disputes without prolonged conflict. His approach is practical: understand the homeowner's goals, build the strongest possible case, and push for results.
When he's not working, Tate spends his time backpacking California's trails, playing basketball in his local YMCA league, and making music.
