Andrea Marchan brings a background shaped by genuine care for people—and it shows in how she works with clients at LS Carlson Law.

Before joining the firm, Andrea spent several years in customer relations and administrative support, most recently in the automotive industry, where she learned quickly that what people need most when they're frustrated isn't just information—it's to feel heard. That experience translates directly to her role here. When homeowners reach out to LS Carlson Law, they're often dealing with months of stress, unanswered requests, and a growing sense that no one is taking their situation seriously.

Andrea understands that dynamic and is committed to changing it from the very first interaction. As a Client Services Specialist, Andrea supports clients through every stage of their experience with the firm—handling communication, coordinating with the legal team, and making sure clients always know where things stand. Her coursework and internship experience in Psychology have deepened her ability to communicate clearly with people in high-stress situations and to provide the kind of steady, respectful support that makes a real difference.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys the beach, reading, and spending time with her dog Luna. She also volunteers with the Fashion Island CASA Toy Drive, supporting children in foster care during the holidays.
